Pastor Neil’s fond memory of his grandmother’s evening reading of her Bible devotional is one of the joys of his childhood. During his sophomore year in college he gave his life to Jesus Christ, and was struck with a real love and compassion for people. In 1984 he moved to Santa Monica, California and began attending LIFE Bible College. In 1991 he and his wife Kim were sent with their two small children to Littlerock, California, where they spent two years pioneering a church. In the three years following, Pastor Neil served as an international evangelist, and then served the Kearns, Utah church for eight years as Senior Pastor. Their oldest son, Adam, and his wife, Kiesha, now pastor a church in West Jordan, UT.

The Charleston Christian Fellowship Church was founded in April of 2015, when Pastor Bill Neil and his wife Kim were sent out from The Door Church in Tucson, Arizona. They began faithfully preaching the Gospel and reaching lost souls with their compassion and desire to serve. The Holy Spirit moved, and young people received Jesus Christ as their Savior. Pastor Bill and Kim patiently and diligently discipled these young men and women. Under Pastor Neil’s steadfast leadership, The Charleston Christian Fellowship Church is continuing to make disciples, plant churches and reach lost souls for the kingdom of God. By the grace of God, the small church that the Neil’s first started will become a thriving congregation.
